Coaching Selection Standards

Swimming is directly linked to safety and life protection. Consequently, we maintain rigorous benchmarks for choosing our instructors:

  • ✔️ Aquatic Degree: 100% of coaches are Sports University aquatics graduates or former provincial/national competitive athletes.
  • ✔️ Pedagogical Skills: Rigorously trained in psychology to handle water fear, anxiety, and learning blocks safely.
  • ✔️ Ethics & Patience: Strict standard of patience and respectful behavior. No shouting or harsh treatment is permitted.
  • ✔️ First Aid & CPR: Required active lifeguarding and first aid (CPR) credentials.
